What are Support Plans?

Each time you purchase an extension, standard customer support goes with it. You can extend it by choosing different support plans that include a longer period of e-mail support and access to newer versions.

Can I localize Add In Mage Magento extensions?

Of course; you can translate all text strings in our extensions using native Magento translation tools, like the Inline translation tool (System - Configuration - Developer - Translate Inline), or by directly editing *.csv translation file that you can find in the following directory:

Do I have to purchase several copies of the extension if I have more than one store?

One license of the extension grants you the right to run it on one Magento installation. So if you have several stores on the same Magento installation, one license will be enough for you. If your stores are on different Magento installations, you have to buy additional extension licenses for each Magento installation where you want to run the product. The only exception is your development website that is not public.

Do you provide demo versions of your extensions?

Sorry, but we don't provide demo versions of the extenstions before purchase. We are working on the Extension playground where you will be able to play with the products. We hope that the current detailed descriptions of the extension functionality and screenshots will help you find the right extension. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

How do I get the extension that I purchase?

Once your order is processed, you will find the extension zip file in "My Downloads" section.

The package contains the extension installation files, user guide and licence agreement.
